Sound like a lot of work? We have you covered. Our team will facilitate the coordination by providing you with a custom webpage featuring all the details for your event, a reservation calendar, confirmation and reminder emails to attendees, and a beautiful photo gallery to share all the memories of the day. We will also provide your team with a marketing calendar so all you need to do is send out an invitation from your communication channels and watch the bookings roll in. After the session, each client will receive a private online gallery where they can download, print, and share images. Our incredible team will provide full customer support so you never have to worry about answering reservation, gallery or printing questions.

SESSION DETAILS
YOUR SESSION EXPERIENCE
Pre Session Consultation: Discuss the vision of your date, location (within 20 miles of our our St. Louis Park, MN studio) and base coverage needs. Further destination? We love to travel and capture your memories wherever they may take you!
Full Service Coordination: Receive your custom website and reservation link. Registrants will receive a confirmation email, reminder, and day of text message from Vick Studios so we may take care of any customer service needs that arise.
Marketing Materials: We will provide a suggested calendar of key dates to add into your marketing strategy to ensure a great turn out!
Photography Session: Enjoy catching up with your guests and create fond memories!
Gallery Reveal: Three weeks after your session, receive the admin gallery with image download privileges for your promotional use. Guests will receive a private gallery where they may download their gifted image archives, print artwork, and share on social. Watermarked social media images with your company logo available upon request

2 hour base coverage: $1900
Additional coverage hour: $500
2nd photographer coverage hour: $500 (available to events that are 4+ hours)
Additional Reservation Link: $500 (for multi brand events)
Up to 1 hour of round trip travel: $95
