Corporate Event Coverage Rates

Most corporate clients find that full-day or multi-day coverage offers the strongest storytelling value—allowing time for setup details, key moments, guest interaction, and brand-forward imagery without feeling rushed.

Hourly

Ideal for concise coverage needs such as keynote sessions, awards, or limited programming blocks.

• 1–3 hours: $650/hour

• 4–6 hours: $600/hour

• 7–8 hours (Full Day): $550/hour

Day

Recommended for conferences, galas, fundraisers, and events where guest experience, environment, and brand presence matter.

• Half Day (up to 4 consecutive hours): $2,400

• Full Day (up to 8 consecutive hours): $4,400

Multi-Day

Best suited for conferences, retreats, and multi-part programs where consistency, narrative continuity, and comprehensive documentation are essential.

• Up to 10 hours: Save 10%

• Up to 12 hours: Save 20%

• 12+ hours: Custom quote

Additional Photographer

• Additional photographer during scheduled coverage: $350/hour

  • For destinations beyond 20 miles, custom quotes are available—we love to travel

• Professional, discrete event coverage focused on moments, details, and brand presence

• Images delivered in a private online gallery

• Full-resolution digital downloads of the entire gallery with printing rights

• Gallery delivery within 10 business days following the final day of coverage

Photo Stations

We offer both photographer-guided portrait stations and interactive, booth-style setups that integrate seamlessly into your event flow. These stations are often used for guest engagement, sponsor visibility, and shareable brand-forward imagery.

Travel Rates (Per Staff Member)

Travel-related expenses are billed separately and paid in full by the client when applicable. These may include: Daily stipend, Hotel accommodations, Ground Transportation, Flights and Baggage fees.

• Full Day Travel (up to 8 hours): $650

• Half Day Travel (up to 4 hours): $350

• 1 Hour Travel: $95
