Event Coverage DETAILS
YOUR SESSION EXPERIENCE
Pre Session Consultation: This initial consultation will ensure that we understand your vision and preferences for your event coverage
Photography Session: Led by Andrew Vick and his team, our talented photographers will be present at your chosen venue to capture your event
In-Studio Gallery Reveal: Four weeks after your session, we'll meet again to reveal your gallery, select your favorite images, and create the perfect art collection that reflects your family Additionally, you will receive a digital download of the entire online gallery for your family archives.
Enjoy Your Art: Decorate your walls with beautiful artwork that sparks joy every time you pass by
COVERAGE RATES
1 hour: $650 (2-hour minimum required)
1/2 Day: $2400 (up to 4 consecutive hours)
CUSTOM SESSION OPTIONS
Additional 1/2 hour of coverage with the Lead Photographer: $325
Coverage Hour with a 2nd Photographer: $350

Up to 1 hour of round trip travel: $95
